Mail-In Logistics: If you are choosing this restoration service for your existing housings, you (the customer) are 100% responsible for all shipping logistics and costs to and from our studio.
Shipping Rates: Inbound shipping to us is paid directly by you at your preferred shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Outbound return shipping costs will be calculated and added to your final service invoice before your completed lights are shipped back.
Fragile Handling: You must pack your housings securely following our strict [Mail-In Shipping Guide]. Ensure your package is fully insured, as Chaserclear Studio is not liable for components damaged or broken by the carrier during transit.
